Since 1979 PS International has provided needs assessments, strategic planning and program evaluation services to a wide range of clients.

Dr. Doug Coulson, owner and Senior Partner at PS International, also teaches graduate research statistics part-time at the University Maryland in College Park. He has managed contracts and budgets as well as coordinated and evaluated numerous local, state and national education projects.
